To better serve our patients and to respect our provider’s coveted and limited appointment spots, we are putting in place an official cancellation policy.
We understand life is busy and can get hectic at times and emergencies happen. And because of this, we will allow patients to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time for a total number of three times with no cancellation fees or charges.
After that grace period of three canceled or no-show appointments, we will then moving forward ask that patients put down a non-refundable deposit when making future appointments.
- The deposit will be 50% of the treatment booked.
- $100 flat fee for Dysport and Botox appointments.
- $200 flat fee for dermal filler appointments.
Of course, when that patient shows up for their appointment the 50% deposit already paid will go towards the total amount billed that day.
We appreciate your understanding of this very necessary policy. We completely book out each week and are forced to turn away patients calling in requesting appointments. So when a patient doesn’t show up or calls to cancel less than 24 hours from their scheduled appointment time it really takes a toll on everyone.
